Products made from "Polyceramoplast" are designed for use in friction and sliding assemblies as replacements for polyurethane, polyamide, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), textolite, glass textolite, bronze, and steel. The material features low adhesion and friction coefficient, high wear and chemical resistance, impact toughness at cryogenic temperatures, low density (~0.94 g/cm³), and an operating range from -250 to +100 °C. We manufacture parts according to customer drawings.
Liner – Used as an insulator and as an alternative to rolling-element bearings.
Bushing – A replacement for traditional bronze and textolite bushings, also used as a ring gasket.
Scraper – The primary material is "Polyceramoplast-Tribo." It has an anti-adhesive surface, high chemical resistance, low density; operating temperature -250...+80 °C. Its low micro-hardness prevents damage to materials such as grain. Applications: scraper conveyors, chain conveyors, manure removal systems.
Rod / Bar / Cylinder / Round Stock – Manufactured by ram extrusion from UHMW-PE PE1000 and PE9000. Diameters 20–130 mm, length up to 2000 mm. Used for subsequent machining into rollers, bushings, and rings. They are characterized by a low friction coefficient (<0.1 dry), high wear and chemical resistance, impact toughness at low temperatures, and low density.
