GELAR has developed an optimal composition of PE500 and PE1000 sheets for manufacturing hull bottom "scales"; these solutions underwent field testing in various regions of the country in 2021 and are now produced in series using patented technology.

Demonstration testing was conducted on video along a rocky shoreline dusted with snow, at a temperature of −15 °C. Both grades of Polyceramoplast used — PE500 and PE1000 — withstood such conditions without issue; below are photos showing the condition of the "scales" after the test run.

In individual cases, we provide a warranty for the operational performance of linings or custom-manufactured products installed in specific units/mechanisms (e.g., turnkey buckets) for a period of up to 1 year. The decision to issue such a warranty is made based on a completed customer questionnaire.
