Lining chutes with "Polyceramoplast" eliminates the adhesion and freezing of bulk materials on straight sections, bends, and transitions. The low friction coefficient of UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) ensures smooth material flow, reduces clogging, and minimizes manual cleaning, especially in winter.

The plates are manufactured to match the chute geometry and are installed on-site—flush-mounted via studs or bolts. The grade and thickness are selected based on abrasiveness and flow velocity; the lining hardly reduces the cross-section, lasts 0.5–4 years, and allows quick replacement of worn sections without prolonged downtime.

As a general rule, we warrant that the material complies with all the performance criteria specified in the TU (Technical Specifications), including wear resistance, tensile strength, impact toughness and other relevant properties – this shall be deemed the official regulation and the core warranty provision.
In special cases, we provide a warranty for the operational performance of linings or custom products in specific units/mechanisms (e.g., turnkey buckets) for a period of up to 1 year.
