Products made from "Polyceramoplast" for conveyor equipment, agriculture, and sawmill lines operate in friction and contact points with grain, sawdust, and timber: scrapers, base plates (decking/liners), and traverse pads. The materials PE1000/PE9000/Tribo feature low friction and adhesion, high wear and chemical resistance, do not absorb moisture, dampen noise, and do not damage grain or timber.

·Stable operation in dusty, chipped, wet, and low-temperature conditions.

Scrapers – Polymer elements for cleaning and conveying. Manufactured according to drawings and templates, with options for shaped elements and mounting holes.

Base Plates (Liners) – Sheet plates for the chain path and working deck of log haul equipment. Provide easy sliding, protect the deck from abrasive wear, and reduce noise. Available in task-specific thicknesses, in solid or sectional designs, fastened with bolts/studs using countersunk holes and sealed joints.

Traverses – Pads/shoes for crossbars that contact the log. Reduce impact and clamping, extending the service life of metal traverses and chains. Options include replaceable shoes and segments for quick changeover without stopping the line.
