Product Description
Lining scraper and screw conveyors with "Polyceramoplast" accelerates the material's movement through the trough/pipe and protects the metal from abrasive wear. The low coefficient of friction reduces the load on the drive, simplifies cleaning, and lowers noise levels.
For scraper conveyors, replaceable plates are used in the trough; for screw conveyors, segmented liners and half-liners are applied along the radius while maintaining the screw's working clearance. Installation is performed on-site, flush-mounted via studs/bolts. The grade and thickness are selected based on the abrasiveness and temperature of the material flow; the typical service life of the lining is 1–2 years or more, with worn sections quickly replaceable without prolonged downtime.

We are planning to produce scraper conveyors for grain, oilseeds and their processed products, wood chips, and pellets. What material should be used for lining the bottom of the scraper conveyor, chain guides, and scrapers? Which manufacturers of scraper conveyors regularly use your material?

Could you advise on the thickness of the plates used to line the bodies of articulated dump trucks with your material? The goal is to prevent wet frozen soil (clay, loam) from sticking. The trucks may also transport rocky soil: boulders weighing up to 1 ton are dropped from a bucket at a height of 2–3 meters in temperatures as low as −45°C.

Typically, the lining of dump trucks to prevent material adhesion is done using Polyceramoplast-Alpha-M with a thickness of 15–25 mm, depending on the operating conditions. In your case, it would likely be 20–25 mm to ensure that boulders of rocky soil do not crush the lining.

What is the procedure for establishing the warranty period for products (policy)?

Typically, we provide a warranty that the material complies with the specifications outlined in the technical data sheet (wear resistance, tensile strength, impact toughness, etc.)—this can be considered the policy and the primary aspect of the warranty.

In individual cases, we offer a warranty on the performance of the lining or product within a specific unit/mechanism (for example, a "turnkey" bucket)—for up to 1 year. The decision is made based on a completed questionnaire.
