Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene UHMWPE Conveyor Guides and Profiles
Product Description
Conveyor guides made from "Polyceramoplast" reduce friction and wear on chains, modular belts, and rollers, stabilize operation, and lower noise. The materials PE500/PE1000/PE9000/Tribo do not absorb moisture, are chemically resistant, operate in dusty and humid environments without lubrication, and do not corrode. Profiles are available as replaceable inserts and strips, manufactured to length and with holes according to your mounting layout.
Type T1, T2, T1C – T-shaped guides for flat chains and modular belts; the C version allows for quick insertion/replacement of the guide.
Type E1, E2, EC2 – E-profiles for roller and plate chains; variants differ in flange depth and sidewall configuration for motion stabilization.
Type U, UC – U-shaped channels for stabilizing chains/belts along the edge; the C version features concealed fasteners or snap-in mechanisms.
Type V, VC – V-profiles for guides with V-grooved rollers/wheels, providing precise alignment on straight and curved sections.
Type PC – flat guides with a central groove for fastening or chain centering.
If a different cross-section is required, we can manufacture profiles according to your drawings: we will machine grooves, radii, counterbores, longitudinal channels, and supply complete kits with metal load-bearing components and fasteners.
We select the cross-section based on the conveyor type and mounting to a metal frame or aluminum profile. Options include designs with concealed fasteners, chamfers, grooves for chains/belts, as well as liners for steel load-bearing profiles for heavy-duty applications.
