Product Description

We manufacture non-standard products from "Polyceramoplast" according to customer drawings and samples. The material features a low coefficient of friction and adhesion, high wear and impact resistance, chemical inertness, does not absorb moisture, and operates reliably at low temperatures.

Production – Machining of sheets and rods using CNC equipment: milling, boring, drilling, grooving, slotting and profiled elements, countersunk holes. Products are produced as single pieces and in series; assembly with inserts and fits for shafts, bearings, and fasteners is possible.

Typical examples:

1. Conveyor sprockets and pulleys, rollers and bands, guides and shoes, wear-resistant liners, brackets, flanges, stops, protective and mounting parts for machinery and lines in woodworking, food, mining, and agricultural industries.

2. Reduced friction and noise, corrosion protection.

In individual cases, we offer a warranty on the performance of the lining or product within a specific unit/mechanism (for example, a "turnkey" bucket)—for up to 1 year. The decision is made based on a completed questionnaire.
