Lining sumps with "Polyceramoplast" ensures stable drainage and clean surfaces. The material has a low friction coefficient, zero water absorption, does not swell, is non-absorbent, and chemically inert; it prevents sediment buildup and protects metal from abrasive and chemical wear (density ~0.94 g/cm³).

Plates are manufactured to match the specific geometry of the sump and installed on-site—flush-mounted using studs/bolts with joint sealing. The grade and thickness are selected based on the operating environment and temperature; typical service life ranges from 1 to 10 years. Worn sections can be replaced quickly without prolonged downtime and with minimal reduction in effective volume.
